One of the few DJs to make the jump from mixed tapes to an Indie label, DJ FX born Timothy Strong started out with street-level mixed tapes while serving in the U. S. Army and quickly became one of the leading DJs everywhere he was stationed. Tim attended North Hardin High in Radcliff, Ky. Following his high school graduation, Tim enlisted in the United States Army where he served as a supply specialist. Having to relocate every four years, prepared him for the versatility that music required. Because of his versatility, club owners sought him out to spin for some of music’s most talented artists such as R&B sensations “New Edition”, super producer "Timbaland", R&B soulful group "Jagged Edge" and singer "Carl Thomas". He also teamed up with SoldiersRadio.Com to deliver new and cutting edge music to a listening audience of 5 million worldwide while on the Internet. He is currently the DJ / producer for Big Bub (from the group Today), A B Money, BayRay, Big Brick which lead him create the Deejay FX mix show which dedicates the show to classic 80s and 90s Hip Hop and RNB.
